Base on Chapter 1 on your textbook, answer the following questions:
1. Describe the role of the medical assistant.
2. List the general responsibilities and skills of the medical assistant.
3. Define patient navigator.
4. Describe the role of the medical assistant as a patient navigator.
5. Intervene on behalf of the patient regarding issues/concerns that may arise, for example,
